Racing Weight Training Plan – Strength Workout 1

    In the third super set of the SW1 workout, the rolling plank is listed like this: Rolling Plank – 4 x 10s left side/4s front plank/4s right side

    I’m guessing the left and right sides should be the same amount of time, even the middle perhaps? Should they all be 10s or 4s? Or should just the sides be 10s?

    Rolling Plank hold times are: 10s R Side Plank, 4s Front Plank, 10s L Side Plank
