I am beginning a 2 week period of recovery between plans like u recommend with 4 hours of training each week. Do u suggest any intensity mixed in or is this just 2 weeks zone 1/2 as u feel.
For sure, maintain that 80/20 ratio: 12 minutes of moderate to high intensity per hour. You just have to come up with those ratios yourself.
The only time I’d recommend not maintaining 80/20 ratios is if you are coming back from a long period of inactivity, and any intensity might be too risky for the first couple of week. Since you are coming off of a formal plan, you’re in great shape and can maintain that 20% intensity.
