Reorganised my training plan

    Hi, dear people

    I started my 70.3 training plan at the end of December. Unfortunately, I had to stop training for the last three weeks of February, and I’m not sure how to reorganise my training plan to achieve my goal of completing the 70.3 race on September 17, 2023.

    Hi Juan,

    As your race isn’t until September (so 26 weeks away) you have a lot of time to ensure you build up your fitness. I would recommend applying one of our 70.3 plans to your calendar with the end date specified and then doing our maintenance plan or a sport specific plan prior to that plan starting.
