Replace a long run by a race ?

    Hello,

    I am currently following your “Half Marathon Level 0 over 15 weeks” plan for the Paris Half Marathon which takes place on 03 March 2024.

    I’d like to do a B race, on Sunday 04 February but on that date, I have on the program a 1h45 endurance session.

    What should I do?

    Move my long run to Saturday and do my race on Sunday?

    If the time/ mileage is consistent with what is already on your plan for another day within that same week, you can swap the workouts between the 2.  Just run the B race as the workout prescribes (ie: same zones etc).
