Reps verse circuits

    Maybe a daft question but want to ensure I’m doing the strength program right. When a program calls for a series of strength exercises with say 3 x 10 reps (so 30 total per exercise). Then suggests 3 circuits I’m I understand that we do series of exercises 3 times. So in my example I would do each exercise in sequence. With total lifts of 90?

    So sorry for the delay, this one totally slipped past me.

    You are correct: 3 sets of 3×30 reps = 90 total.
