    Hi,

    Doing the level 3 marathon plan and not sure if it’s 16km easy then 16km at marathon pace or 11.8 miles easy and 12.4 miles at marathon pace.

    The session is in training peaks as the first but the description in the session gives the second longer version.

    Thoughts?

    Hey Ray,

    Sorry for slow reply. Can you let me know exactly which workout you are referring to in the Level 3 plan? Was it RMP5 – as I did find that error in the description of that workout (the structured workout is correct though).

    This is the corrected distances for that workout.
    1 km (0.6 mile) Zone 1
    15 km (9.3 miles) in Zone 2
    16 km (9.9 miles) @ MP
