Running Plan Adjustment

    Hello, I recently purchased a 50K training plan via Training Peaks. The plan is 18 weeks long, but my race is in 16 weeks. How should I adjust the plan? Replace Weeks 15 & 16 with the Peak weeks of 17 & 18? Or is there a better area to adjust? Thank you.

    Hi,
    You can apply the plan to end on your race date, and start in week 3 of the plan. This is the easiest way to account for the slight reduced time available.
