If you use a Garmin run chest monitor you have a lot of running dynamics data on Garmin Connect. Garmin color codes most of the data so you can compare your performance with other runners.
My personal workflow is to scan each workout first on Garmin Connect for running dynamics, then move to Training Peaks to evaluate my workout compliance (with the 80/20 plan). For run plans I spend most of my time on Training Peaks.
I don’t know which metrics are the most important. I recently started the Stride Academy plan, and Garmin Connect is a better platform to evaluate workout performance (for the plan) so I am spending more time there.
