When I registered for my 80/20 plan, I used an anticipated race date that hadn’t been announced yet. Alas, the race is actually two weeks later than I expected. I’ll gladly take the extra training time but I was wondering if there’s an easy way to adjust my plan to account for the delayed date.
Obviously I could just go back and repeat workouts, but I’ve been utilizing the calendar feature and have the plan synced to my watch so I was hoping to keep using those features. Thanks for any help!
The least risky straightforward way to make the needed adjustment is to repeat two early weeks of the plan–as early as possible. So if you’re currently in Week 5, go back and repeat Week 4 next week and repeat Week 5 the following week.
