I’m going to be away for week with little if no ability to train. Is it better to skip a week or move (delay) the plan by a week?
That can depend on what phase of the training plan you are in, and if it’s a build week or a transition week. What plan are you following and which week of that plan will you need to skip?
I’m on the triathlon Olympic plan modified for duathlons, I’d be on week 5.
This early in the plan ou will be fine to miss week 5, and start back in Week 6 which is a transition week and close to the volume of week 4.
