SSI1 in a long course pool

    What adjustments do you make to the SSI1 workout to do it in a long course pool?

    Bstarr,

    Couple of ways to do this:
    revert main set to 5 x 50s at Zone 4 (strong effort ) with 15-20sec rest
    5 x 25 fast (Z5) /25 easy into wall 10 sec rest
