My husband is inspired to start running but wants to start very slowly… He ran 5 minutes yesterday but that’s the most he’s run in years. He likes the idea of the 80/20 training and will be starting with a run/walk program to build up to running continuously. is there a training plan for couch to 5k that would help him stay in the right hr zone and could help him determine his run/walk intervals as he gets started? I just ordered him a Garmin watch so he’d be able to sync a plan from training peaks.
