Strength for Master’s plans

    With the longer microcycles in the master’s plans, what’s a good way to match the strength plans to fit those cycles? Is it best to let the strength plans fall as they are already built (workouts would fall some weeks on hard days, some on foundation run or crosstrain days, and some on rest days), or is there a good rule for adjustment. Specifically, I’d like to match a run strength plan with a Master’s Ultra plan.
