I have been using the 80/20 premium strength plans and wonder if there are alternate workouts or variations then what is planned. I feel like the plans have the same strenght workouts across them with limited variation of exercises. Currently I’m using the 80/20 Triathlon: Premium Maintenance Strength Training Plan and previously used the Premium Olympic Level 1 Strength Training Plan. I have also purchased the
80/20 Triathlon: 2023 Edition Premium IRONMAN® Level 1 Strength Training Plan
