Stride Academy Workout Names

    I loaded the stride academy workouts onto my Garmin. Names for the workout are not unique; for example cadence runs have different durations but share the same name.

    The workouts transfer OK, but unique names would be helpful so I could recognize the workout by title on the watch.

    Charles, this is good feedback for us and that’s a change we can make by at least the 2021 edition of the plans (out in the Fall) if not sooner.
