Sudden shift in training for week 11(2023 Edition IRONMAN 70.3 Level 0)

    Hello all,

    I have been following the same training regimen for the past 10 weeks (rest, running, swimming, cycling, rest, running, swimming/cycling, rest). I now see that week 11 consists of: rest, cycling, swimming/running, rest, rest, running, swimming/cycling, rest. I am not sure if I changed something by mistake some time ago, as week 12 seems to be “normal” again. Any clue if this is what week 11 is supposed to look like?! And more importantly, how can I have full visibility into what the proposed structure for the plan is supposed to look like (not on trainingpeaks, as I might have changed some weeks’ proposed training by mistake), something like a pdf would be perfect.

    Hi Al,

    That is the correct layout for Week 11 of the 70.3 Level 0 plan. There is additional rest built into that week to allow recovery. You will see this layout again in Week 14 of the plan.
