Hi Y’all 🙂 I have a good hill session on Friday, RHR16, but it’s supposed to be a heavy downpour all day. Normally I run in the rain, but this might be a bit much, and I really don’t want to do this particular session on a treadmill. Thinking of doing it tomorrow/Thursday, a rest day with strength training which I’d push to Friday. Tuesday I did a 39 min progression run, and today a 30 minute foundation run. Overall this is a recovery week.
I’m thinking if I wake up feeling ok, I’ll do it and shouldn’t be a problem, but thought I’d see what anyone has to say 🙂
