Swapping WK 13 and 14 weekends HIM LV1

    Starting week 13 of HIM LV1 plan. Week 14 starts the long brick sessions.

    I know an hour isn’t a huge difference, but I’d like to swap the wk 13 and wk 14 weekend sessions due to travel. In doing so, I’d swap Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (I’m set up for Saturday to be my long day) of both weeks so that the days off leading up to Saturday swap as well.

    Is there any big issue to doing this?

    B, the wholesale swap of 13 and 14 is just fine, very minimal impact. Can you tell me more about the Thur, Fri, and Sat swap, I’m unclear on that part.

    David,

    Hadn’t thought about simply swapping the weeks in total. It just looked to me that there wasn’t a huge difference between the Monday-Wednesday workouts of each week. After the Wednesday long run what changes is the workouts and rest days of Thursday-Saturday. I just figured I could get away with simply swapping those three days of each week was all. Thanks for the reply.

    Ah, yes I see now. Then both are acceptable in that particular plan for those particular weeks: swap the weeks in whole or simply the second half.
