Marathon is 8 weeks away. Currently using marathon plan 1 and I think it’s going ok. I see you have just released your new masters marathon plan. I was wondering if I should switch to it? I’m not sure if it’s easier or harder but as an over 60 runner it’s likely a match?
With 7 weeks till your marathon, if you are doing fine on your current plan I would not recommend switching plans unless you were noticing you needed additional recovery time. If you notice that you would do better with more rest and the week spread over 9 days then I would recommend considering the Masters Run Plans.
