So did a talk test recently in both my run and my bike, a few days apart. For curiosity sake as I am always interested in testing and resetting zones if necessary.
I was surprised to find that my HR for both came in at 135. That seems normal for my run, but typically for my bike it is lower and I’ve always accepted that as common wisdom since cycling is non-weight bearing.
First, is it really that unusual? And if not, is there anything I can derive from this? (like my bike is further along than my run, etc)
