A TSB of 29 is considered high for a 70.3, but not that high. Sort of like a total cholesterol number of 99. High, within normal range, but lower would be better.
However, if you’ve read my guide, you know you’d need to go in and edit every predicted TSS between now and the race. You can’t rely on the automated predicted TSS. Go in and edit your last few weeks of workouts predicted TSS to match what you really think the workout will end up as.
For example, if your 45-minute run has a predicted TSS of 30, but your previous 30-minute run always come back as 40, change the future workouts accordingly.
