    Forecast for the day of my Endurance Run calls for thunderstorms.

    I’d like to choose an indoor bike substitute for the ER10 (Endurance Run). The closest matches from the (subscription) workout library look like either EZC10 (Easy Ride) or EC4 (Endurance Ride) might fit. Both are below the TSS estimate for my plan run and add an additional 5 minutes to my scheduled workout.

    My priority is running and I am following the Stamina Plan. Is there any general guidance for making such a selection?

    Charles. What you described is what we recommend when needing to replace a run workout with an alternative session. Rule of thumb is usually to add 20% volume to a similar bike session to get the same/similar TSS as for a run if the run is not possible.
