Time between plans

    Hey team,

    So I am reaching the conclusion of my current plan. I then have 4 weeks of break between this race and my next build for my next race.

    How should I play this?

    I was just going to buy some sessions in so I still have some legs before the next plan. I have really seen some improvement and don’t want to lose it so want to keep pushing.

    What’s your suggestion?

    Hey ben!

    Hope you are enjoying Aussie Summer. you can either have this a rest and reset time between builds (if you haven’t had a real break from structured training in the last 6 months I recommend this), alternatively you can do a month of one of our maintenance plan, that will allow you to keep training, but not really pushing the fitness needle and give you some recovery before your next race build.
