Time between training blocks

    I just wrapped up the level 3 10k training plan and I’m trying to decide what’s next. I made some good improvements using the plan, but I’d like to tackle the distance again in the fall while adding some more focus on recovery, strength , and nutrition since it seems like my legs are constantly fatigued. Is there any recommendations for how much time to take off before blocks of hard training? Here’s what I was considering.

    May 2-13 or 20th:easy training (mainly recovery runs/hikes)
    May 21-July 17: maintenance plan
    July 18: start of level 3 10k plan

    Any advice is greatly appreciated!
