When I downloaded the beginner 100 mile plan to my calendar, it has multiple days with multiple activities (ex: on the same day it is calling for a run but also a rest day) How am I supposed to know which activity to do when this happens?
Glory, thanks for using our plans! I suspect that you have the plan loaded more than one time. To fix, this, unapply all copies of the plan per https://help.trainingpeaks.com/hc/en-us/articles/204071974-How-do-I-apply-unapply-my-plan-
Then, make sure that you calendar from today forward is completely clear, no workouts listed. If there are, manually delete them.
Then, load a fresh copy into the calendar.
