I’ve been cruising along with this Level 2 HIM plan. It took some getting used to in the beginning, but I upped my calories and that seemed to help with my overall energy.
I feel pretty good. Last week, was a restful 7hrs and this week back up to 11hrs. I seemed to have hit a UNPRODUCTIVE wall according to my Garmin and it’s really annoying me.
With the exception of a day or two here and there – I don’t see unproductive workouts very often. I have had nothing but ‘unproductive’ for the last week and I don’t understand why.
What causes this and is this to be expected while following these programs and I’m just to ignore?
