I just ran the Chicago Marathon two weeks ago (PR! – the whole time I was running, I was thinking “the 8020 training worked!!” I used the 80/20 plan through Training Peaks
I have been training with a friend who is running Marine Corp this weekend and she is doing her last week of workouts. I wanted to go back and load the last week farlek workout to run with her tomorrow. Is there a way to go back into my Training Peaks workout calendar from my last week of training (RFR13) and send that workout to my Garmin? TIA!
