Uploading workouts after race

    I just ran the Chicago Marathon two weeks ago (PR! – the whole time I was running, I was thinking “the 8020 training worked!!” I used the 80/20 plan through Training Peaks
    I have been training with a friend who is running Marine Corp this weekend and she is doing her last week of workouts. I wanted to go back and load the last week farlek workout to run with her tomorrow. Is there a way to go back into my Training Peaks workout calendar from my last week of training (RFR13) and send that workout to my Garmin? TIA!

    congrats on your Chicago Marathon PR! That’s awesome.
    If you have a TrainingPeaks premium account your can simply find the RFR13 workout and copy it and paste it to the date you’d like to repeat it in the future.
