Week 20 Olympic Race

    I remember reading somewhere about planning races leading up to your A race. Most of what I see focuses on a 70.3 leading up to a 140.6. I found a olympic that falls at the end of a rest week and I’m thinking of doing it but I don’t want to impact my training negatively. Week 21 is a big week and I want to nail every workouts. If I do the Olympic should I hold back? Should I skip any workouts the days before?
