    What do the numbers in the workout titles mean ?
    Neither time, nor kilometers, nor miles agree with me.

    Crash, thanks for using our plans! The numbers only represent the order in which they were created. Because our workouts span multiple print and electronic platforms, once we create a workout, the name never changes.
