I am currently doing the 80/20 Triathlon: IRONMAN® Level 2 (Pace and Power, 7 to 16 Hours per Week)

I have been doing this since 28/01/22 and I am finding the runs easy even the hard sessions, when will my plan be looked at and adjusted.

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Yours aye,

    Billy

    Hi @billy-botes

We always recommend that you don’t rush to move up a level, instead do the first few weeks of a plan and then determine if you can add more to your training. The first 4-6 weeks of an Ironman plan should feel really good and achievable – this will set you up nicely for the work to come.
Also ensure that you have your zones set up correctly so that you are training in the right intensity.

If you do find you would like to go up a level then you can always use our Level Guarantee option to request a Level 3 plan.

We do not review or adjust purchased plans, however we do offer a coaching consult where a coach can look at your training, provide feedback and help you make adjustments if needed.
