I just subscribed to the maintenance program. Curious about the zones. A scheduled foundation run at zone 2 is 76% to 84% of my max HR. That seems a little high for a casual zone 2 run?
Tommy, thanks for using our plans. It looks like you are still using the some legacy TP zones. We don’t use MaxHR in our plans.
If you read these two documents, and setup your zones accordingly, you’ll find your intensity setup correctly.
